Operational Management:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure the center is compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise center staff including healthcare professionals and administrative personnel.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Client Services:
Ensure high-quality and compassionate care is provided to all clients.
Address and resolve client complaints and concerns promptly.
Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of the community.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements as necessary.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the center’s budget.
Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to meet financial goals.
Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting.
Seek opportunities for cost-saving and revenue-generating activities.
Marketing and Community Engagement:
Promote the center’s services through marketing and community outreach efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness about the center’s services.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the growth and sustainability of the center.
Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.
Conduct market research to understand community needs and adjust services accordingly.
