Responsibilities:
€¢ Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
€¢ Job Posting and Advertising: Write compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate job boards, company websites, and relevant industry platforms. Develop creative and engaging job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
€¢ Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' fit for the position and the company culture.
€¢ Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
€¢ Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and alignment with the job requirements. Use behavioural and situational questions to evaluate candidates' competencies and cultural fit.
€¢ Candidate Relationship Management: Provide timely and clear communication to candidates regarding their application status, interview outcomes, and next steps.
€¢ Reference and Background Checks: Verify candidates' references and conduct background checks as required by the company's policies and industry regulations. Ensure the authenticity of candidates' qualifications and work history.
€¢ Offer Negotiation and Closure: Extend job offers to selected candidates, discussing compensation, benefits, and other terms. Negotiate offers as needed and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
€¢ Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and introduction to company policies.
€¢ Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track
