Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., Factory Act, Labor Act).
2. Conduct audits and risk assessments.
3. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
4. Provide training on compliance and regulatory requirements.
5. Manage employee data and records.
6. Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
